When they installed it, the door wouldn't seal completely and I used more wood than normal. This year, I couldn't shut the damper completely resulting in 2 chimney fires. This stove does not heat like my old stove. Totally disappointed as you would think a $2000 stove would work the first and second year. I had them out to clean the stove twice and told them about the issues. They said they would take care of it next time they are out. I have them out once a year. Hmmmm
